I was born in the countryside of southeastern Chongqing Province in September 1998. From 2017 to 2021, I majored in Physics and earned a second degree in Mathematics at Peking University, graduating with a Bachelor of Science. Since 2021, I have been pursuing a PhD in Condensed Matter Physics at Fudan University, in joint training with Westlake University. Since 2022, I have been based in Hangzhou, focusing on my PhD project. I hope to graduate successfully in 2026 and complete this journey smoothly.

Physics has long celebrated symmetry since the 20th century, with group theory serving as its most elegant mathematical tool. In high energy physics, the standard model is built using the SU(3), SU(2), and U(1) groups. In quantum mechanics, SU(2)—the double group of SO(3)—provides insights into angular momentum. In condensed matter physics, the emphasis shifts to space groups due to the translational symmetry of crystals. Out of the 230 space groups, 32 are point groups and 73 are simple space groups, allowing crystals to be classified into 7 crystal systems and 14 Bravais lattices. Each space group is associated with real materials; for example, the diamond structure belongs to the Fd3m group.

In my leisure time, I enjoy riding my bicycle through the city and countryside, savoring unexpected landscapes and delightful moments. I have embarked on many long journeys, with three particularly memorable ones: a nearly 2,000-kilometer ride in the summer of 2018, an approximately 1,000-kilometer journey during National Day 2019, and a 250-kilometer ride from Hangzhou to Shanghai in a single day on National Day 2021.
Additionally, I have a passion for billiards, especially snooker. I have developed some fundamental positional shots and even calculated precise aiming angles using a computer program. If you are interested, please feel free to contact me for more details.
Life is simple, yet we often complicate it with nonessential desires. I hope we can redefine ourselves, pursue our ideal selves, and focus on personal growth rather than being consumed by the trappings of wealth and power. Enjoy the simple pleasures of life with your family!
